This is my personal recommendation for Tony Birleffi. Tony worked under my supervision during his time at Factory Design Labs as a Senior User Interface Developer.
Tony’s main responsibilities related to recreating design comps and ideas and transforming them into usable, sustainable applications and websites. Tony excelled at delivering large-scale, fast-paced projects on time and on budget.
Our creative team always had the confidence in turning projects over to Tony, knowing he would recreate the vision to the pixel. Tony also helped concept and build a good deal of our re-usable components which have decreased our time to market and helped increase our companies revenue gains across a multitude of projects.
One of Tony’s greatest assets, is his abilities to excel in a team environment. He is a constant contributer from not only a developer standpoint, but from the creative, business, and client relations aspects as well. He has a solid understanding of the agency environment and what it takes to realize the client’s overall goals. Tony also has an innate ability in figuring out some of the most complex problems and we found ourselves tasking him with these issues on a constant basis. His personality makes him a lot of fun to work with and he is well liked around the office. I highly recommend Tony for employment. He will make a great asset to any organization.
